Hitch is an upcoming carpooling service in the Philippines. During the development stage, we were tasked to redesign the existing logo and app interface even though they have initial designs already. The original name is iHitch but we were able to convince the investors to change it to Hitch. This gave us  an opportunity to create an icon the is simple and flexible. For the icon, we created a simple H that looks like two positive sign. You can also see intersection and connection which befittingly represent Hitch. Through the H icon, in can be split into two parts to spell out the word Hitch since the word has 'H' in both ends. Because of the identity refresh, it allowed us and the developers to create a simple and clean interface making it more remarkable and approachable to potential users.
